[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid GSM — reliance prepaid to postpaid migration

Hello, I am Gaurav Rajendra Kshatriya From Aurangabad, i have took 1 reliance gsm postpaid connection from the sales executive 10 months back. Actually i did mobile number portability from vodafone to reliance gsm postpaid and the number is [protected], after 2-3 months i realize reliance postpaid service is not good so then given a request for postpaid to prepaid but it got discarded due to the policy customer can't maigret from postpaid to prepaid this process took near about 1 month.
Then i have given a request for mobile number portability from reliance to back to vodafone, in this process reliance retention department called me and given a new benefit that i never heard by any reliance web world, retention department told they'll give me 3 months internet gprs free usage for that i have to stop mobile number portability i got retained for twice.
From that day i have started to use the gprs and after 1 month they charged me near about 1276 something, i was shocked after seeing this so i decided to not gonna pay the bill, after this all there's recovery girl called me and told me to pay 600 and this time they'll surely maigret my number from postpaid to prepaid, actually they commit me but this time also commitment falls down, i drop all faith which i was doing on reliance. After a long period recovery executive arshad shiaikh came to my house and asks me to pay the Rs.676 which was pending i told him i am not going to pay the bill he asks me why i told him your service is i told him all story. He called parvez he is boss of him and doing a settlement with me he and his boss commit me for migration from postpaid to prepaid for that i paid Rs.300, he commit me your connection will start within 2 days but nothing happens after 8 days.
So visited the reliance communications office which is located in abc complex opp adalat road, contacted with mujahed ali i think his a deputy manager of reliance communications abc complex aurangabad, he abused me and talking so rudely like his behaving the owner of the company and he don't need any customers for the company he don't have any respect and knowledge how to talk customers. So i have 2 complaints regarding reliance communications 1st its of theirs employees giving wrong commitments to the customers all knows how to fraud with customers for own benefits like incentives and commissions. 2nd complaint against mujahed ali his the manager level Pearson and talking like slums worker. kindly please assist me what to do waiting for your response.
On 31st december 2012, i got a call from puna head office spoken with priya shahane i told him whole issue which is happened before after listening this all she also commits me you'll get apologies call from mujahed ali and your postpaid number will maigret within 48 hours but still my problem not resolve yet, i have attached 3 calls regarding this issue i am so disappointed to using reliance postpaid service.
