[Resolved]  Vodafone, Systematic Knowledge Pvt Ltd — VODAFONE 'Happy to Fool' at it's worst

I requested a sim calling on 111 and vodafone send a card for internet activation. My request and details were forwarded to
systematic knowledge services, andheri east,

on 8th jan 2013 I DID receive card which is yet not activated (today is 14th jan). I have been allotted no . [protected] by mr. Nitin from systematic knowledge services , andheri, which I found out later, is already registered on someone else's name and the sim number is blank yet.
Since 9th of January I have been talking to number of executives from vodafone helpline , which is been not able to serve any help yet.

I need to know if these vodafone stores are not capable of getting their work done or serve to people in right way , why they are associated with company?? do vodafone has any control over them and check if they are serving people in a right manner? isn't it ridiculous if a person waiting for internet activation since almost 7days?? is that vodafone stands for??

mr. Nitin from systematic knowledge services , contact no [protected] and his colleague contact no : [protected] and Mr. Rohan [protected] are so ILL mannered that they don't even bother to pick up customer's calls and answer any query. Its a shame, that vodafone is associated with people like never ready ,to work, forget help, even if they have received their money. Its shows vodafone as a company and it's interests.

I wonder where its going to lead vodafone. Rather then giving reminder calls unnecessary for bills 10 days prior bill payments , vodafone should start looking at services and think about tag line they are using.

Ridiculous service from vodafone and people associated with vodafone.

Looking at the already launched number of complaints against VODAFONE and SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD. , looks their association is so strong that seems like VODAFONE has appointed Systematic Knowledge Pvt. Ltd. to harass people with authority and made SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD. People as authorized fooling department of Vodafone. ... Bravo VODAFONE...

It a pathetic company which provide the Services...dont knw why Vodafone is assosicted with this as they are spoiling their name...
I have raised porting request for my other number but it has been more than 3 weeks and still no updates, no1 is picking call also...if i call vodafone they dont have updates...
Who ever may be the Head of this ******* company pls look in to the way its works or not sure if you are also involved in the same...makinig fool of the people and just collect document and misused them who knows

I have lodged complaints so many times with foolish people at vodafone thru Indian consumer complaints forum but unfortunately there are uneducated people working who only are trained to greet u and thank u and nothing else they know and I request all people that plz dnt go for 3G of vodafone
I had bought a new pre-paid number in March 2013. Till now it is not activated. Systematic Knowledge Syestem Pvt. Ltd. had collected the documents in April and had given a contact Asha - [protected]. First few calls on this number were attended. But now no one attends the call.

I converted my pre paid mobile no to post paid, all the documents were submitted to Systematic Knowledge services Pvt. Ltd on 9th July'13, but till date my sim is not activated
i have almost the similar experience with them . i have applied for a new post paid connection . it is now 20 days. and my connection is yet to be activated. i have tried almost every number of theirs. No one first of all pick up the call and if by chance anyone does then after hearing my story disconnects it.

I agree 100%. The Systematic and Vodafone guys have cheated me as well. I too have been given a sim, whose number is already registered to a Ms. Asha and my service is not yet activated. Pathetic bloody fools sitting in both organizations.
yes i also agree with you, same here the VODAFONE and SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD. both are irresposible, SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD. is not picking up the phone, they ported number to vodafone but internet is not working, i am trying to call them, vodafone customer service is not able to solve the problem transfering the call here and there, it is useless company, and beware of SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD. once they take your document/request the do not respond in future.
Hi!!! I too have faced the same situation. And that lead me to come to this site. Got a sim and gave my documents with a sum of 300 rs. I even got a verification call but the sim did not get activated.

Really these people are making a fool out of everyone and have got a new tact for money making. Finally had to go to Vodafone gallery store and again pay a sum of rs 350 for new sim. Chasing these people but of no use.
No other words lesser than VERY VERY POOR services
I agree with all these peoples as i do have very very bad experience with this Systematic Knowledge Pvt Ltd and Vodafone too. In my Opinion Vodafone is the worlds Poor company in Management they are only entertaining with good ads nothing else. I have ported from Airtel to Vodafone due to same respect by ads but find it worst.

I agree, I requested for prepaid to postpaid, SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD. Collected 150 Rs. Its almost 2 weeks now, The SIM is still not activated and they are not picking my call. When I called Vodafone they keep saying talk to the agent SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD.

Where should I go now. I am regular customer of Vodafone using the services from last 4 years, but its so sad that they are not taking any responsibility for an existing customer. SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD should be banned they are just collecting money from innocent people and providing fake SIM cards. To any new customer I would suggest always got to Vodafone care never go to any [censored]ing agent.

Vodafone has gone insane. These people do not care about any damn person what he wants. All [censored]ing a**holes have gathered in the same company. And on top hired agents who may even be better as a pimp and not resolve such problems. SYSTEMATIC KNOWLEDGE PVT. LTD has a racket running with Rs.150/- from customers and running their business. We need to file a complaint against these, if anyone is up please let me know.

This is your third Party Systematic knowledge service pvt Ltd .very unprofessional people you kept in your business, I am last 7 to 8 years old customer of Vodafone. I received SMS on [protected] for [protected] New connection and I booked immidiatly within 1 hour the concern person come and collect Rs.300 and documents with my passport Size photo graph.

The systematic knowledge service is Very unprofessional company and they proved, I am calling from last 8 days from active my new connection.Noboday answer and reply.

Why you selected this type o[censored]nprofessional service, this is the directly effected on your own brand.
I don't want any further discussion on that. This your own decisions but why customers suffer can you please explain me about this .

I have also just been duped & cheated by Systematic Knowledge, who are partnering Vodafone.

I was given New postpaid Sim Card with an assurance it will get active in 3 days. Post verification I recd sms saying my no will get active in 24 hours. However, till date the card is not activated. Upon calling back Vodafone, they mentioned the card was deactivated one & I should visit the gallery. If I had to visit the store eventually, then 111 should not connect us to third party players like SK Marketing whose contact nos dont exist. They are only cheating the public by collecting 300/- from each o[censored]s. I suggest VODAFONE should seriously pull up their socks as they are dealing with a bunch of thugs.

i have faced the same thing and i have complaint about it to the main nodal vodafone office in mumbai 10s of times..
after 15 days of continous mail they have responded and apologized and send me back on guy to return money
