Dear Sir/ma'am.
I placed an order with mobilescart.in and the amount INR16, 980 was transferred to their account.
I tried to call them mail them regarding my order update as I did not receive it but all went in vain.
Someone from mobilescart.in naming Deb Replied that I will get an update from their dispatch team but it is been more than a week and they have not replied to any of the mails sent to them and the number provided on their website [protected] when ever I try to call it is forwarded and it gets disconnected.
Order number provided to me by them is 1037.
Kindly look into the matter and oblige me by shutting down their website and getting the money refunded. Was this information helpful? |
