I have been going thru the same experience. I have paid around 85, 000 for H1B visa via Wire Transfer for this year 2014. They told me that my case is not picked up in the lottery. The money was fully refundable if case is not selected in the lottery, however, they are making false promises day by day for refunds. Mobuz solution’s agreement specifically mentioned refundable clause period of 3 to 6 months from the date of status known. Also according to the refundable terms signed in agreement MOBUZ has refunded the amount through cheque to MILAN DEY dated 29th January 2016.
On 2nd Feb 2016, Milan dey called up and informed MOBUZ Solutions that the cheque is lost and requested to block the cheque and reissue the new cheque. Hence as a security measure Mobuz solutions has blocked the cheque and in process of issuing the new cheque to him, which takes minimum 10 working days to reissue the new cheque. Due to internal policies and other security reason we validate to make sure the cheque is really lost and no one represent those cheque again to tarnish Mobuz legally. Hence minimum 10 working days it take to reissue new cheque and we are in the process of the same which is also communicated to Milan Dev on 2nd February 2016 & on 3rd February 2016.
In between Milan Dey has posted the baseless and false information against mobuz and their representative which is breach of agreement and also defaming the company and their representative. Hence Mobuz taking necessary action legally against Milan Dey as per the agreement.

Mobuz Solutions has been put to shock and surprised to come across this illegal, baseless, vexatious, frivolous, offensive defamatory matters posted by you on 05th Febuary 2016 and in the blog/website forum (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/mobuz-solutions-pvt-ltd-traitors-stabbers-mone...⇄)..
Mobuz solution’s agreement specifically mentioned refundable clause period of 3 to 6 months from the date of status known. Also according to the refundable terms signed in agreement MOBUZ has refunded the amount through cheque to MILAN DEY dated 29th January 2016.
On 2nd Feb 2016, Milan dey called up and informed MOBUZ Solutions that the cheque is lost and requested to block the cheque and reissue the new cheque. Hence as a security measure Mobuz solutions has blocked the cheque and in process of issuing the new cheque to him, which takes minimum 10 working days to reissue the new cheque. Due to internal policies and other security reason we validate to make sure the cheque is really lost and no one represent those cheque again to tarnish Mobuz legally. Hence minimum 10 working days it take to reissue new cheque and we are in the process of the same which is also communicated to Milan Dev on 2nd February 2016 & on 3rd February 2016.
In between Milan Dey has posted the baseless and false information against mobuz and their representative which is breach of agreement and also defaming the company and their representative. Hence Mobuz taking necessary action legally against Milan Dey as per the agreement.
Mobuz Solution is very transparent. Our process and terms are given in writing will in advance to the candidates and thereafter signed by both employer and candidates as an Agreement. It is specifically agreed by the employer and candidates in the Agreement that, if there is any dispute arising out of the Agreement, the same shall be referred and finally resolved by Arbitration. Instead of restoring to the remedies which are available as per the Agreement posting of illegal, baseless, vexatious, frivolous, offensive defamatory matters is illegal, malice and mischief intended by MILAN DEY so as to tarnish Mobuz solution image and reputation and cause embarrassment to Mobuz solution among the public and have matters have caused great hardship, monetary losses, immeasurable mental agony.
Milan Dev had illegally, deliberately and wantonly published the aforesaid baseless, vexatious, frivolous and false defamatory matters with ulterior and ill motive and the same is illegal and thus unidentified persons had committed various offences as contemplated under sections of Indian Penal Code 1860, Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable laws of the land and all of the unidentified persons are liable to be punished under the Indian Penal Code 1860, Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable laws of the land.
Mobuz Solutions hereby call upon the Milan Dey to remove the defamatory matters with in 5 days from today which were posted in the internet www.consumercomplaint.com forthwith and to render an unqualified apology to Mobuz Solutions immediately and it is hereby advised you to desist from posting, writing, publishing unwanted, unwarranted, misleading, demeaning and highly defamatory remarks which may cause damage and severe setback to Mobuz Solutions reputation and dignity with an ill motive to gather and gain undue publicity by provoking and bringing bad reputation to Mobuz Solutions which may tarnish Mobuz Solution’s image. If you act indifferent to this instructions then left with no other option but to set the law in motion in addition to all other above legal remedies, to demand from you damages in such event you shall be held responsible for the costs and consequences which Mobuz Solutions may be put to suffer/incur for all/any of your action or inaction and omission or commission of any without prejudice to all other rights and remedies available to Mobuz Solutions for the above-stated purpose.

I don't have any intention to harm or defame company's brand name in any manner. I[censored]nknowingly I've shared any illegal information I'm really sorry and apologies for that.
Since there was my mistake also as I lost the initial cheque, and Mobuz and team agreed to reissue a new cheque, I'm resolving this requested complain.
