[Resolved] Modi Builders — No Handover of Maintenance to residents even after 7 years

There are 310 flats occupied and MODI still did not complete his amenities and left the premises. At the same time without even talking to residents, he is just deciding maintenance amount on his own. Now when there is no water in premises, as residents did not agreed for his decisions, he just stopped water for continuous two days and all are struggling without knowing where to go.

Like i said, though still maintenance not handed off to residnets, it is still fine as they are taking care of maintenance without disturbing our living. So marking it as resolved. Thanks to Consumer Complaints for taking this forward.
