Modi builders is one of the worst builders in Hyderabad, this company project name Splendour apartments has no borewells & all residents are suffering with severe water problems every day. Still Modi builders are careless & not taking any action towards providing ground water. I request any one who is buying any flat, please don't become a pray & get trapped by their false promises. Feb 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Modi builders finally solved the water problem on Sept-2015 after discussing with house owners on the water crisis in splendor & resolved the water issue. Hope they continue to provide the basic services & resolve all the issues in future on time. I take back my complaint & i sincerely apologize for it. Kudos to Modi & team of owners in community. Modi Builders customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Yes, this is very true, Modi builders are cheaters & a fraud company with all fake promises, specially they currently doing nothing to provide ground water facilities to residents of Splendour apartments.
