Moglix — Failed urja lite 50w led flood light

I had purchased Urja lite 50W led flood light vide your invoice noMS8B50ZZ7/16-17/0460 dtd.06/13/2016 against order no.[protected], which had failed within 60 days as against warranty of one year and the failure was reported to my consumer court.com on10/08/2016 for replacement or refund of cost amounting to Rs. 949/- and which was acknowledged vide their mail dtd. 13/8/2016 and followed on 20/8/2016, 26/8/16 abd7/09/2016. But I regret to inform that neither any action to replace the defective product nor refund of cost has been taken so far. It will not be out of place to mention that even during its service life also the illumination was much less than the specified 50W led light. However now that has completely failed I would as requested earlier, once again request to replace the defective piece or refund the cost as it has failed with in warranty period.
