Take More Than Two Months Time, What Happen My Orders, NoBody Will Contact Me.
This is regarding Order No. 2263902.
I had ordered a groceries weighing scale for my Rehabilitation center. After I opened the package, I discorverd that the Item was severely damaged with very bad product quality.
When I spoke to the customer care they said we have only 2days return policy and now this Item cannot be returned or replaced.
I will make sure that I report this company via all social medias, if I do not hear back from them within the next 48hrs

What a poor response.. I have asked them for the refund of my product 10 days ago as i recieved a defected item.. Since that day i havent recieved any calls or mails regarding.
They too asked me to send the pics of the defected item and i did that within the same hour but no use. FAKE PROMISES.
