I bought a cadbury silk caramel and it was not consumable. it was stinking and spoilt. though it had not yet expired but was not in consumable state. i contacted mondelez india foods to file a complaint. they promised to send an executive but no-one came. nor was i contacted again. i again mailed the company but no reply came. this is highly disappointing and shameful on the part of such an esteemed company. i expected an active response since the company is so named but was highly disappointed. all i expected was a positive response from mondelez india foods but i got none.
