Dear Sir, I am Madhusudan Vithal Hangekar, Asstt Engineer (QA) working in DGQA, Ministry of Defence, Mumbai.On 27/11/2015, a phone call from Mr Rahul Kushwaha (Mb [protected]) came telling me that if you pay Rs 5, 000/-, I will make you huge profits from Intra Day Trading and from profits gained you have to pay our commission.He further told that this is one time payment only.On good faith I have made online transfer of Rs 5, 000/- from my SBI account to Company's current A/C No.[protected] on the same day and intimated him.A copy of the transaction is forwarded herewith as an attachment 1.After some time a call from your Rep Mr Sunil Patel (Mb [protected]) came and he told me to pay further Rs 10, 000/-for 6 months service.At this time also on good faith, I have deposited Rs 10, 000/- by cash in Company's ICICI Bank A/C No.[protected] through ICICI Bank, Mulund, Mumbai Branch on 27/11/2015.A scanned copy of the counterfoil is also forwarded herewith as an attachment 2 .At this time I asked Mr Patel whether I have to pay further? He told me that I have not to pay further a single paisa and my work will start from Monday i.e.from 30/11/2015.However one call from Mr Sarthak of service deptt has come to deposit a further amount of Rs 7, 143/- as a Govt Tax to complete my file.However, this time I have not paid the money because step by step they started demanding money from me. Due to above, I got very much shocked & depressed and decided not to join your Company at present.Also due to this misrepresentation from Company's Reps, your company's reputation gets spoiled.Hence, you are requested to warn your employees for such unfair business practices and refund me my amount of Rs 15, 000/-for which I have not taken any services from your Company.My Bank details are as under :-Madhusudan Vithal Hangekar, SBI savings A/C No.[protected], Bhandup (Mumbai) Branch IFSC Code SBIN0000562 You are requested to kindly refund Rs 15, 000/- to my above bank account at the earliest for which I will be very much grateful to you throughout my life. Yours faithfully Madhusudan Vithal Hangekar Mb [protected] Dear Sir, please refer your e mail dt Dec 18 in which you have told that my complaint will be resolved on joining your Adviser on 28/12/2015 who are looking my complaint.Hence you are requested to look into the matter and resolve my complaint by refunding my Rs 15, 000/- which have been collected on Company's name by your Reps Shri Rahul Kushwaha & Shri Sunil Patel by using fraudulent & unfair business practices. Eventhough, I have raised my complaint before proceeing further, your staff has raised false invoices on me and also prepared my details which are false and incomplete.On receiving your first SMS on my mobile, I had already told Mr Kushwaha & Mr Patel and also on your helpline number that I have raised a complaint and also I am not trading and not to send SMS on my mobile.Eventhough your Co.Reps continued to forward SMS and still I am receiving such SMS which are of no use to me as I am not doing any Trading. In view of above, you are earnestly requested sir, to warn your employees for misguiding the public and collecting money from them on Company's name thereby spoiling the name and fame of your ISO standard Co.You are therefore once again requested Sir to refund my Rs 15, 000/- for which I have not availed any services from you as I am not knowing ABC of trading.
