Monginis Cake — Insensitive customer service | |||
Dear team, I needed muffins cake in quantity of approximately 100, and for the same i called your marol maroshi road, andheri east, monginis outlet on #[protected] on 19-jul-2016 Spoke to a lady, she told me that if i need delivery of the same extra 50/- will be charged to me, i requested her to reduce the amount to 20/- as earlier we have taken delivery from monginis in rs. 20/-. In turn she told me' i will pay you rs. 20/-, come & delivery for me' I told her this is not the way to speak to customers. It was very unethical being in a service oriented company you speak to customers this way. I ordered for 65 muffins cake from andheri - kurla rd, motilal nagar iii, andheri east outlet & got paid to the dealer total 360/- (325 (Cakes)+10 (Carry bag)+25 (Delivery charges) On this i again called your marol outlet just to inform the lady that the delivery charges she was telling was very high & i got a better deal from the same outlet and she missed the customer just because of her arrogant and insensible behavior. Rather than accepting her fault, she started laughing and told 'i know your type of customers, you think you are very smart. I know how to speak with people you don't teach me, how & why should i believe you that you got the order with less delivery charges, you would be lying' It was very insensitive and ridiculous, i am writing this just to bring this to you notice that i am a customer of moniginis since many years which i would not be remembering also. Just because of few educated illiterates do not loose out customers. The way i heard from this lady today, there would be many who are going through this.
