Monginis Cake — Overcharging on pineapple cake

I bought a half Kg pineapple flavor cake from Dapodi outlet (in Pune, Maharashtra) of Monginis on 6th Feb 2016. The shop owner charged me 340 Rs for it. I asked him if rates have increased? He answered that yes rates have been increased from 1st Feb. I purchased the cake and got the bill from him. I enquired the rate of same cake from other outlet in nearby area (Pimple Gurav). They told me the correct rate of 300 Rs. Rates are fixed by the company. If any outlet is overcharging then the overcharged amount is directly going into shop owner's pocket.
