Sir, This is in continuation to Two Requests: Request1: 5644250 (Closed without Resolving the issue) And Request2: BOW201014ID01678, I placed today by calling Croma Customer Care: [protected]. As promised, demo / installation should be done by eod tomorrow. Otherwise, I've no option other than placing request for replacing the product with either Samsung / LG Microwave Woven - as without properly checking the Product Condition, I can't use it. And only Technician can check the Product Working condition. So Kindly understand the issue here and cooperate with the customer.
