I PURCHASED MORPHY RICHARDS 15LITRE STORAGE GEYSER FROM KUMAR ELECTRONICS DWARKA ON 04TH NOV-2014. SINCE ITS PURCHASE THE PRODUCT WAS NOT GIVING GOOD SERVICE. LAST ONE MONTH AGO I FOUND THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING & THE WHOLE APARTMENT HAS BEEN SHORT-CIRCUITED.AFTER THE VISIT OF SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE HEATING ELEMENT ORIGINALLY PROVIDED IS FAULTY & IT HAS ALSO DAMAGED SOME MCV'S INSIDE.AFTER LONG FOLLOW-UP THE HEATING ELEMENT HAS BEEN REPLACED BUT THE MCV'S HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED TILL DATE.THE PRODUCT IS LYING AS IDLE & THE SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE ARE NOT PICKING UP PHONE CALLS & NOT EVEN TURNING UP.I FEEL AS CHEATED AFTER PAYING A PRICE OF RS 7000 & NOT EVEN USED IT PROPERLY.EVEN IF THEY REPAIR THE PRODUCT THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF BEING AGAIN DAMAGED.NEED A FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT. I am waiting since a month to get my microwave repaired. till date i am unable to get their service. The representatives are highly irresponsible. Beware before you buy any product of murphy.
