Morphy Richards — Geyser not working even after getting it fixed 4-5 times in 2 months | |||||
I had purchased Morphy Richards geyser 2 months back and since then I have registered four complaints. I have not been able to use this geyser more than 6-7 times. In the last complaint, I specifically asked to either replace the geyser or refund money. It was agreed by them that it will be replaced. But instead a technician came for fixing it saying we won't face this issue again. Using it the next day after this fix, we realised that he has somehow disabled the Auto-cut feature and also now there is a leak from the geyser inlet. Now, in the last registered complaint I have been told by their executive that geyser can never be replaced & it can only be fixed. This is really a case of consumer harassment. It has been a real waste of time and I no longer want to use this geyser neither do I want a replacement. I want my money back so that I can buy geyser from some other company. Please take necessary actions asap. Winter has come and I can't complaint every time I use this product. Last repair: Mechanic asked us not to use the knob present in geyser. If it is not supposed to be used, why is it even present over there? Was this information helpful? | |||||
