Morphy Richards — Non installation of geyser even after repeated complaints | |||
On 20 Aug2015, I made a request to Morphy Richards(MR) on tele o[protected] for free installation(as promised by the company) of 25 Ltrs geyser purchased by me. On taking complete details, ref No 7539775 allotted to me.One SMS given to me with their GURGAON service agency named AVG service Care having tele No[protected].Since then the following have occurred; (a) AVG service Care given tele NOT attended by any one in last SIX days. (b) After repeated calls to Mumbai office, one rep of this agency having mobile no [protected] came for installation on Sunday i.e. 23/8/2015 but this person has damaged both the studs provided by the company as well as my wall tile.since did not have any spare Studs, he left stating that the job will be done on Monday . (c) On Monday, the same person called up but I could not respond at that time.After a while, when I contacted, he showed his inability to come on this day. (d) On Tuesday, since about 1030 hrs, I tried to call him but he has not stated time.However at 1556 hrs he called when I was busy talking .Immediately on finishing the call, I am trying to contact him but Airtel response is "either the call not reachable or mobile switched off".On contacting Mumbai office, Person sitting on complaint phone Mr Sambhaji found to be "JUST NOT FIT FOR THIS JOB" as per his replies.However, the earlier SMS has been repeated to show completion of his action( which has NO meaning since NO body is attending tele). With the above happenings, it seems I have picked up the product of a WRONG COMPANY because for installation these many hassles and there after how many more to be borne.Further, the damaged tile, required to replaced by the agency on free of cost.
