Mother Dairy — Vendor issuing paper token instead of returning change

I want to draw your kind attention towards the milk booth supply Mother Dairy (RDP No - 761) in my locality Baldev Park. People in the booth don't return the money and say they are running less of change they order the customers to bring change and if you don't carry change they will give you a paper token and above all when ever you ask for money they say that it is only given back when we will buy the milk, which is a forceful thing and create lot of trouble.They always make argue with the customer and use rustic or harsh language once customer ask for anything like change/price.etc. They refused to give change inspite of having bowl full of change in their drawer.They said that change would be sold on higher price at market.
