Motorola — 21 days in service centre and still not repaired

I own a Moto E model XT1022 which had a minor patch on the screen and I submitted my phone for repair at their borivali east service centre B2X on 17 April 2015. I was told that i would take 7-8 working days and its already 21 days since then. I would now never buy any MOTO phone neither recommend it to anybody in my social circle. These are the heights of pathetic service. This the second time repair in the service centre and this time too its taking so long. Imagine in 12 months warranty period you have to keep your phone in repair for 2 months.
