I own a Moto E model XT1022 which had a minor patch on the screen and I submitted my phone for repair at their borivali east service centre B2X on 17 April 2015. I was told that i would take 7-8 working days and its already 21 days since then.
I would now never buy any MOTO phone neither recommend it to anybody in my social circle. These are the heights of pathetic service. This the second time repair in the service centre and this time too its taking so long. Imagine in 12 months warranty period you have to keep your phone in repair for 2 months.
The same work would be done by a private repair centre in maximum 1 day.

They have no idea about how to *PHP Spellcheck Trial* with the cutomers and they never pick up your phone. Always give the 15-20 deadline for the servicing and never give back the phone
on time. Extremly pathetic.
