Hi, i gave my mobile for service due over heating issue. Before hand over the mobile phone to service center i asked them they confirmed oral it may 1 week or worst case 15days. Bought the phone from amazon last year.in 1 month it stopped working. Just switched off. So sent it to the repair center. It stayed there for almost 1 month. I purchased moto g5 plus 3 months back, and now the touch pad is not working. I visited the services center (Vashi, navi mumbai) they took my phone and confirmed that there is not liquid damage & will repair my phone in warranty and will give back to me after 7 days.
I don't wamt an repair, i want this phone to be replaced as this is an internal damage & this phone is in warreanty, i purchased it just 3 months...
