I have moto g 5 s plus. I bought my device in last december. My charger is not working. I'm facing this problem for the second time. Even though i have used it very less times because i use this device rarely. Ihave already replaced usb cable once. Very disappointed with this. As a famous brand this type of issues are not acceptable. Need to solve this urgently.

I have been using this phone from one year now and from day one its not working properly. After repeated complaints no action was taken. The phone never gets charged and hence i always have to keep it on charge. Also the speaker doesn't work below 45% charge which is very weird.

Please note i had purchase a handset motog play on date 29/6/2017. Few days before it's speaker were observed not working well and then it was handed over to one of motorola authorized service center udaipur (Rajasthan-indai).
