[Resolved] Motorola — Cheated by service station (Tirunelveli) | |||
Dear Sir, Due to Moto E auto on/off Complaint i handover my mobile to Kumar Electronice, Tirunelveli (authorised Dealer For Motorola), they told me it is a free service we will change the board and you can get the mobile back within 15 days...after 10 days they called me and demand Rs.3500 to change the board but i refused to give the amount so i get it back but my mobile was damaged (with broken Touch Glass)...Please do needful actions i have attached an evidence.. I give my moto g2 for repair in tirunelveli moto service center.About 3 weeks are passed from when i given to them. Till they didn't repair it.This is really very bad.I want to get my phone as soon as quick.
