Motorola — Complaint about a dysfunctional mobile phone | |||
I purchased a motorola mobile - (Moto g second generation) on 10th November, 2014 from flipkart.The IMEI/Serial No of the phone is: [protected]. Within the warranty period, the phone started giving lot of problems. So I deposited the mobile in a nearby service centre - Smart Services (telecon division), Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar -751007 on 29/9/14. Even after 12 days of depositing the mobile, the service centre says I have to wait for another one week for the repaired mobile as the required parts are not available. The service centre never informed me what is status of the repairing and the phone number of this service centre is not working. I dont know why the repairing is taking so much time and why the company is not providing the required parts to service centre in time. Why a customer has to wait for more that 15 days for repairing of a mobile which is under the warranty period? Was this information helpful? | |||
