Motorola — Delay in Servicing

Hi, I have moto g 2nd gen on 16th Sep'15 i was in a call and my mobile got switch off i tried multipel time to on the phone but nothing happed then next day i vist the service center (B2X Laxmi Nagar) they said they will call me ones issue get resolve i visite last suturday in the cervice center they said that they are not recieving any product from the Motorola form last 12 to 15 days means they already have a back lock of so manny customer who are facing the problam. so may i know that how mutch time you will take to resolve the issue.

Still its is pending my job number is AMSDES002641 still they are saying that they din't received the product and they need some more time. already they take the 20 days and they are not receiving the product its is a very bad Service you have only making customer is not business giving the service also matter i have taken 3 moto g phone and now i thinking that its is bad dision i have taken as you don't have any good service.
