Motorola — Faulty handset given by Motorola | |||
I had purachase Moto G2 (2nd generation) from Flipkart on 16 sept 2014 and Since from the beginning i have been facing difficulties due to manufacturing defect in camera and 4 TIMES i have visited moto. authorized service centre i.e. Om Communications, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59 and they were unable remove the defect.the person named Akash Paliwal there always harrase me, his contact no. is [protected]. Moreover series of complaints have been lodged with customer helplines and they waste so much time. i have 4 times service centre and 4 jobsheets are(OMC/MG/14/01784, OMC/MG/14/02701, OMC/MG/14/03137) . I have spoken to customer executive named Arvind Kumar complaint No.[protected] but still no satisfactory reply is given.AND the head of motorola service- --Parveen Kumar([protected]) and he does not pick my phone and doesn't give reply on email.(Parveen.[protected]@ensureservices.in) In these circumstances, the above handset may be replaced immediately .BELOW ARE THE ATTACHED COPY OF INVOICE.
