Motorola — Issues still arises in MOTOG2 and didn't got resolution | |||
I purchased my phone online from flipkart and my phone is still under warranty i.e MOTOG2 from motorola, within 1 month it was not working properly i made request to replace it and got successfully replaced but after 2 months i faced hanging issues, touch issues and battery issue. I submitted my phone to the service center of motorola on 11th Sept 2015 and was promised to get back my phone within a week after regular followup with the customer care representative i got my phone on 3rd October 2015 and while using it i felt the touch issue and the hanging issue to be continuing.The service center is 40 km from my home and it is not easy for a working professional to visit to the service center all the time .The service center also doesn't pick up the call and the customer care representatives doesn't help they always cut the line or make false promises. I am really fed up with the service provided by motorola . Was this information helpful? | |||
