[Resolved] Motorola Mobile — Request for replacement of moto x play | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I am neetu bhojal informing you about my Moto x play handset which is at Motorola service centre from 16/12/2015 till now that is very long time of non delivering of my handset.I were complaing many time at Motorola costumer care and also requesting for replacement of my handset because of non delivering of my Moto x play handset from very Long time.they are not ready to replacement and also extending the delivery date of my handset as they already passed four delivery date of my handset. The Motorola person is also not giving me good resolution. Kindly do the needful for replacement of my Moto x play handset.
