[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — After sales motorola not support to their customers, very unsatisfied experiance | |||
Hi, my name is gorakh patare, at 1st june 2015 i have purchase moto e mobile from flipkart. After 6-7 months i had faced some issue with on/off switch button (Not pressing properly), so i submitted my mobile to moto service center (Global services pune). When i went there to collect mobile, i had seen my on/off switch problem still pending and unnecessary my motherboard. After replacing motherboard, i faced multiple issue in mobile, again i submitted my mobile to same service center. This time they had replaced my mobile screen, my on/off switch problem still pending. Then i contacted with moto customer care, they told me please submit your phone again in service center, we will take care of that. Again i submitted my mobile in same service center, this time they had replaced my mobile battery not on/off switch. Now i didn't collect my mobile from service center. I want mobile in fine condition. My case id is zst/mg/16/00486. Was this information helpful? | |||

Three times I have submitted my mobile in service center, but all the times they had closed my case ID without repairing my mobile

My name is gorakhnath patare, last year i have purchased one moto e mobile from flipkart, after few months of purchase i was facing issue with on/off switch. I had submitted my mobile for repairing purpose at global services pune (Authorise service center), but after repairing when i went there, they told me they had replace motherboard, but my on/off switch problem not resolved, i was in hurry hence i collected mobile as it is condition and go out. Same day when i checked mobile at my home i found additional problem in my mobile like speaker issue, heating issue, battery backup issue, restarting issue and mobile getting crashes while opening google play store. Again i submitted my mobile at 26 march 2016 in same service center for above mentioned issue, i tried many times to call them for updates but their mobile always switched off, finally i received sms "zst/mg/15/10521 repair is completed, you can collect your device in working hours" from vk-04300 at 2 april 2016. Same day i went there for collecting device but they told me your device is not ready, once it will ready they will call me. 2-3 days i was waiting for call as well as tried many times to call them but no response from their side, finally today i called to moto customer care and confirmed my mobile is ready to collect. Again i went there and found they people had change my mobile screen, my all issue still pending. Again i collected my mobile as it is condition. I went there 5 times, spend my valuable time & money. Now i want my mobile replacement, if you are not ready to replace that collect it from my home, repair that and give me back again. For more information i have attached invoice copy and service center receipt. I am not expecting this type of service from moto as well as i would like to suggest you please hire educated and knowledgeable person in your service center.

I faced multiple issue in mobile, Again I submitted my mobile to same service center.
This time they had replaced my mobile screen, my on/off switch problem still pending.
Then I contacted with Moto customer care, they told me please submit your phone again in service center,
we will take care of that. Again I submitted my mobile in same service center,
this time they had replaced my mobile battery not on/off switch. Now I didn't collect my mobile from service center.
I want mobile in fine condition. My case ID is ZSt/MG/16/00486.
