[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Moto e still not repaired | |||
HI All, I submitted my phone at service center at 1st april 2016 @ janak communication authorized motorola care in Faridabad . i am taking fellow up from day one .after 8th day service center told me, they have send mail to motorola for ask solution of phone repair .after 2 day called again they told me it will not covers in warranty as your phone motherboard is faulty but they have send mail for taking approval repair in warranty .then today i call again for ask the status of phone .they denied to repair it ask me to collect the faulty phone when i ask the why you will not repair the phone, they told me they cannot repair it, it just need to change motherboard of phone .it will too costly . so i am requesting to you please repair it, if hardware change require, please change it because it is warranty . i am excepting positive result from your side that will not loose the faith of customer Ref no of job -FABMG16|00010 Regards vivek sharma [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

HI,
I think u haven't read my full mail properly, along with attached file how can u say phone is routed, i simply say my phone working fine
my phone didn't work after switch off/on .after i tried to charged my headset it showing phone is charging but after 1-2 Hr. phone showing same status.
and your service center engineer show me different phone like it is routed what of error you taking that not covered in warranty . i am attaching both pic

As I already informed you that your device has been Rooted so it can't covered under warranty.If you want to repair your device it will be chargeable and cover as O.W only.

My phone working fine earlier, i had done simply switch off/on the phone
then my phone didn't switch on again it give error boot image file missing, there after i call moto care for find the resolution of phone, they
provide the instruction as like normal mode, recovery mode, factory default
option but it didn't power up, they advise to visit motorola care .after i
submitted my phone, they are saying it is under diagnosis state . on 8th
april i personally visit there and told me your phone in routed, i don't
know is it my phone they power up, when i ask him it is my phone he said
yes it my phone .it totally open how i can recognized my phone in that
condition .they simple said there is problem in motherboard, it cannot be
repair . it is approx 4400 Rs. after i taken back my phone from service
center .
because it big amount for me . i cannot afford this much amount as i
Common Man, as i bought this smart phone to consider as Motorola Big
brand in india but service center behavior regarding phone is totally wrong
.as they return back my phone simple as i given to them, but by mistakenly
they show me different phone because my phone never power up . it just give
on given error . i attached pic and it is not charging both 2 pic are
shown .
it is repairable, please repair it because changing hardware not solution, as i my cause please consider ii is in
under warranty it is not Rooted phone .
Hope u will understand my pain .
