[Resolved]  Motorola Mobility — Moto e2

I have given my phone for service in ahmednagar, maharashtra, in jan 2016 as i was having issue with mobiles sim slot problem and hanging problem. There issue was solved and mobile was given back to me. Job sheet number was-hxu/mg/15/00462.
In 1 month time again my phone started hanging and speaker phone was not working properly... So again i gave it the service center in bangalore...In month of march...
There i got to know that my mobile imei number is not valid... Shocking...

Old imei number is-[protected]... Which is valid...
New imei number is-[protected]... Which is invalid...

The bangalore service center told they can not generate the online job sheet as imei number in invalid so they have taken my phone with offline job sheet.

As im calling and asking the moto customer care about the status of repair they are asking me to connect the call to the service center people and then issue will be resolved...

But again disappointing... As 3 time i went to the service center and called moto customer care and they 2 spoke something on issue...


Again i called moto... Again they asked to go to service center and called from there...
Almost around then times i got reply on toll free number of moto staying that give us 72 hours and they will call back... No call...


Now its been 2 month over...

Is there any other way...?

Motorola — moto e mobile is not working and not functioning from last one week

sir, My moto e mobile is having trouble in opening and i am suffering with this difficulty from last 3 months. But suddenly, last week it properly shuts down and not even its power button is able to open it.

Motorola — Mobile stuck in service center

Mobile stuck in service center, when i call them they are repeatedly telling to wait 4 to 5 days i have given on 9th may 2015 i haven't received the mobile until now

Motorola — about battery

My mobile phnone moto g2 getting hot while using net on phone.only before 2 month i buy this product plzz take serious action

switched off

my handset is automatic switched off i am connect the charger but no responce so please solve my problem
Why r u marking this complaint as a Resolved one...

Its not resolved yet...

The only solution for this my problem was consumer court procedure...which is already stated and warning letter has been sent to moto customer care few days ago...

so then case has been filed ...where i have completely mention everything and then this blog copy also which shows that without solving moto as marking it as resolved compliant...which is not true...

now i think ill be getting proper response...
