[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Moto g3 touchpad home button not working | |||||
Hi, I bought MOTO G3 2nd gen on 24 th april 2016, unfortunately motog3 on august 23 2016 stopped working mobile standoff, touchpad and homebutton stopped working after repeated visit to nearest service centre in Kolkata, they were incapable to resolve the isssue. this is joke that within 5 months of purchase MOto g3 is creating such hectic problem also it's service centre worthy of nothing providing bad repair service with no resolution and still fault pertinent i went to service centre on 25 th august order number was fetched . mobile was returned on 8 th august stating a simple software issue. however after 1 hr, same problem started again. i further contacted service service centre same service center on 9 th august still they were unable to resolve told if problem remains then will ask motorola company to replace the touchscreen. however i don't know what they did. but unable to resolve the isssue. moto g3 IMEI number: [protected] device specification: moto g3 black edition (16 gb) BO13EIM5G6 Was this information helpful? | |||||
