[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Motorola motog3 warranty extention | |||||
Hi, I had given my motorola motog3 cell to service thrice for repair withing 5 months of purchase and while it was in repair for third time the motorola customer care executive promised me to extend the warranty period by three months due to repeated submission of phone and the phone was with motorola service center more than 4 months. But there has been no updates regarding the extention since i took the cell back. I sent an email to motorola director of services but did not receive any calls in response. I wan warranty of my phone to be extended as soon as possible because this is very faulty phone and there has been frequent repairs to it. Motorola executive made a false promise to me saying he will extend the warranty time. I want justice regarding this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
