[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Not providing customer service | |||||
I purchased Motorola G4 plus on 22/07/2016 and to my surprise after only 15 days it got stuck.I submitted mobile to the moto service centre and they are actually not providing the damage component i.e mother board.It is really bad of product that the mother board of device got stuck within 15 days.It is really bad mobile provided by company.At least company should provide right product details when submitted to moto care.They are just providing false dates.The proper action should be taken against just fraud companies that are selling such faulty products.And on another hand when we are trying to call customer service they are talking arrongantly and not providing call to superior and hanging up the phone.So please make the device ok as fast as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
Sep 15, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The company is not providing the proper details of component being repaired.They are saying that they will mail me but they are not actually mailingThey are not sending part i.e component to moto care.The company is only playing games.They are providing dates only when i call them.
No feedback messages i am getting from Moto centre. Motorola Mobility customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
