I have given my MOTO G2 mobile for servicing, as there was some issue with TOUCH RESPONSE. Physically device was perfect before giving for servicing & there was no physical damage. But, When i received the device after servicing, i found volume button, power button damaged severely & they became very loose. When i notified this to service centre representative on spot, they are telling that it happened by mistake & not accepting to fix this issue as my phone is not under warranty. Also telling that if they try to fix this it may affect entire device functionality.

I could not understand, what is the point in doing servicing, if they are tampering customer devices and creating new issues on the name of servicing.
