Sir i have given my handset for the problem to be rectified to the Moto 3G service and accessories (‘V’ CARE), No 6-A/215, N.S Complex, 4 Roads, Omalur Main Road, Salem -636 009. TamilNadu (State). on 07/10/2016. My job sheet number is 3012. Everytime they ask me to come again after few days saying that required part was not available with them.This process has been continuing for 13days and also not responding to my phone. Now warranty period. I Attach my invoice copy also. So, please consider this complaint seriously to resolve as soon as possible.
