My phone Moto G1 was not charging, so I went to the service center and asked about the problem. They said we have too much of work load and will be able to tell about the problem the next day of submitting the phone. I submitted my phone and got to knew that the phone's battery was defected so got damaged and the service center people asked for 7 days for ordering that specific part. After waiting for 7 days I called the service center people and they tell me the part has yet not come and you can track it by registering a complaint. I registered a complaint. After 7 days I received an e-mail saying you can collect the product on 20th April, 2015 from the service center. I submitted my phone on 26th March, 2015 and almost after a month I will be getting my old phone opened up because they would change the battery which is not removable.
I suggested them to give me a new phone instead but they refused saying I might have damaged the battery.
