Motorola — Moto G gen 2: While charging with adapter the mobile automatically opens windows and changes settings

I purchased this Moto G gen 2 six months before. Since a month, 1. facing problem during charging through Moto G Adapter - while charging the mobile cannot be used, cannot accept any calls and also it automatically opens windows and changes settings continously and tries to call 2. Heating problem: Also it gets heat immediatly 3. The mobile is not getting charged quickly as it was happening. Need immediate solution. Please do the needful.
