Motorola — Motorola LCD - Replacement

I have a Moto G2, it is under warranty cover, my LCD was not working so I went to the authorised service centre. They asked me to leave the handset with them and told me that they will replace the whole LCD unit with a new one and return within 10 days. After 18 days I got the handset in which there is speaker problem - the voice is cracking, there is big dent on the head, the LCD now has a blue spot in it too. It seems I have been cheated and acted fraudulently for any monetary gain out of my new handset. They did not take any action for the faulty service provided by them. I want my handset replaced, I feel cheated. Please look into the matter. City - Asansol Authorised Motorola Service Centre - Electro Service Centre
