Motorola — Motorola Service Center - BUND GARDEN PUNE - Non cooperation | |||
Hi, I am Anuraag Shinde, I had submitted my faulty Charger for MOTO E device to Motorola service station (Bund Garden Pune) on 15th of December, but, unfortunately I lost the token(receipt) given by service center. Now, Service center says that they can not give me replacement charger without the receipt. I told them that I have lost the receipt. I asked them to check in their system database my submission information. I told them that I can provide you the IMEI number, mobile invoice, but they were so non cooperative that they did not take this into consideration. I strongly feel that they could have shown some respect and checked in their system database. I understand that receipt is must, but if it is lost then does that mean I did not submit faulty charger to them ??? I believe I will get some positive response from here.
