Motorola — No response to Service Center

I purchased MOTO E form flip card on 26-June-2014. My mobilehead phone/macro phone port is not working. Currently I am in PUNE. I approachedto MOTO E service center at PUNE that mention as MOTO website. I called to Tel: [protected]/[protected] but no one taken mycall. I visited to address: PC SUPPORT, Shop no-8, Shree Sai Tower, 273, Narayan Peth, Pune-411030 But gay on service center told me to come after 10 days. I am suffering due to service center problem.
