Motorola — not detecting sd card and sim slot

i have given my phone last month for reparing the sd card slot. They had kept phone for 18 days and given. and from today again my sd card slot and sim card slot are not working. The service is very very bad at service centre. Either give me the new phone or give me refund payment.
