I ordered Moto E on 22nd Sep, 2014.The Back plastic cover is not fitting accurately to the phone and due to this, the loose end hits the SIM card and eventually the SIM comes out and The phone was having battery issue from the starting itself, i guess. Now the worse is, It is not getting charged at all. It shows that the charger is connected, but there was not even a 1% charge level increase . Now the phone is off. Please address the complaint ASAP. I have 1year warranty for the said product. Order id : OD[protected]. Order is on the name of Ashu
