Motorola — Phone hangs up during call

Almost every time that we make a call using the Moto E (Black), the phone hangs up and nothing is audible. However the bill for the call keeps adding up. We want a resolution of this problem ASAP. We have visited the Motorola service centre -- Satyam communication in J-34, Sector 18, Noida. However the problem, in spite of that, persists. We also called up the Motorola customer care but did not get a satisfactory answer or resolution. Please check about this problrm.
