Motorola — Phone Motherboard Damage and not Replacing the phone

I got a Moto X on 6th of October and i started using it from the first day i had battery issues i thought to calibrate the battery !! After calibrating it got a little battery then after exact 1 month i started experiencing Network Drop !! During WIFI ussage my cellular network all was not available i was missing my calls after i got to the service center they told just 1 day and they then said almost 7 days will be took, the phone i will be getting this Saturday but i want my Phone to get replaced as the phone is having Motherboard issues I dont want a repaired cell phone in just 2 months of getting in hand
