[Resolved]  Motorola — Problem in repairing moto g 2 mobile phone

I purchased Moto g 2 phone on 12.12 14. On 16th phone was completely blackout. I have the side of packing box which contains bar code etc. Service centre refused to replace. Phone was given to them for repairing on 17.12.14. As on today I.e. After 10 days no response from jaipur service centre. They are not picking up my phone. Call centre told it will take one week more for the replacement of part. When company does not have after sell back up support then think over your sell. For mobile phones if repair will take such a long period then it is shame full for multinational company. Is there any platform where complaint can be made? My grievance are: 1.
