Motorola — Replacement of display

Respected Sir/Madam, I had visited Motorola Service Center c.com Tele communications ltd thane west Mumbai Mahararashtra for replacement of my display. It is within the warranty period. I was being told that the display could not be replaced. I was not satisfied with the service center people as they behaved in an arrogant manner. The display is distorted and it is not a physical damage as there can't be seen any external damages to my handset. So I request you to kindly initiate a process for replacement of display of my handset (Moto E Black ) as soon as possible. Kindly find the image and invoice bill attached.
