Motorola — Service center Refuses to repair my Moto-E Sim Port even though my phone is in warranty

Hi Team, I have visited service center twice for the repairing my Moto-E port but they scolded me badly said I will not correct it and said do it what ever you want. My phone is in warranty. I visited Kukatpally Hyderabad service center. I am really not sure what to do, Please guide me.
