Motorola — Service Centre at Madurai, viz., Vinayaga Communication refusing to service my mobile phone and irresponsible answer by the executive
I have bought Moto G2 mobile phone in the month of October 2014. About one month ago, the software of the mobile phone automatically updated to the version 5.0.2. But the phone is very slow in performance and I can't select the ringtone I want and the ringtone is automatically selected by the phone. Hence, I approached VINAYAGA COMMUNICATIONS, MADURAI, which is authorized service centre for Moto mobile phones. On 21/03/2015, at about 11.00 a.m., when I requested the service centre executive to do needful to repair the software problem. But the executive has irresponsibly answered and said that he can't do anything about the updation of the version of the phone, it is the bothering of the customer and the customer has to equip themselves regarding auto updation of the software and that it is the bothering of flipkart and motorola and he can't do anything in this regard. This kind of irresponsible and lethargic answer hurt me a lot. What can I do. I send this complaint for taking appropriate action against Vinayaga Communication, Madurai, which is an useless service centre and they can't know what has to be done to a customer. If no action is taken to redress my grievance, I have no other go except to take action legally by approaching consumer court in this regard. Was this information helpful?
