First of all no information of service centers. The service centers that were old and no longer are authorized, Still have boards and hording which seems to be authorized once. I submitted my phone on 30th Nov 2015 as the display of it broke. They are on promising fake date as the last date for service & will be giving the phone back. Still the phone is pending for parts. The company personnel are lease bothers about the customers problems. They don't respond properly. I spoke to a floor manager once and he told me that if I don't get a call back by the guy who is handling my case, he said to call them back. When I did call back the executive said, they are not authorized to forward the call. Please help me with this.Job sheet no AMSSEC006501
