Motorola Solutions — Faulty touch screen: Moto g4 plus | |||
Sir, I bought this Moto G4 plus two months back from Amazon. But after a month the mobile started opening the files/apps automatically! It happens occasionally. After re-starting the phone remains normal.On consulting the nearby authorised Moto g service centre, they said it's touch screen is faulty and needs replacement. Before I proceed to change of touch screen, I request you to guide me whether to go ahead with this. With great expectations. Was this information helpful? | |||

The phone gets switch off on its own with a beep sound.I purchased it a week ago and facing this problem .The frequency of this is increasing .
