Motorola Solutions — Pathetic after sales services of motorola products | |||||
Hi, I submitted my Moto G3 at B2x service center, chandigarh on 9th January, 2016 as the touch of the handset was not working properly. I have been asked that it will take 15-20 days as they have to replace some part which is at fault. Now even after 20 days of keeping my phone with them, very conveniently they say that the part is still not available. On being in touch with the Motorola service center, they are now saying that they will be able to repair it not before 23rd of February, 2016. I have been wondering how is that possible that company is capable of producing the faulty products and then fooling the customer around for months.
