Motorola Solutions — Phone in service center for 80 days | |||||
I have purchased moto g3 from flipkart and it work great for 6 months.. After that it was started heating too much ...so i thought let us take this phone to service center... I went to a service center in noida sec 18 called" satyam communication"..on 10 April... They took the phone and solve the problem but cause another problem in that phone and work on single work id for two times ...and took the phone with us for 1 month Then they returned the phone and after talking to ur customer care they told us to take it to another service center so i immediately take this phone to another service center Called "i-pick solution " they took the phone with us for 1 month and solved the problem but that center too caused another problem and now still the phone is with them and is saying we are working on this ... I mean from 10 April to till now i have not got my phone and is revolving in service center by the problem caused by them only... And due to this i am suffering ... Now u tell why should i suffer because they are causing a problem...and take the phone with them... My warranty has been reduced now... This all is forcing me too file a complaint against all of you for torturing customer and playing with their emotions... Now increased the warranty of 3 month with all problems sorted or with new phone with additional warranty of 3 months... Otherwise be ready to be in court... Thank you...
